Amazing Pakistani Leaders
Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto
Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto was founder of Pakistan's nuclear program.
Does this line describe him enough? If we read story of Z A Bhutto's life, we realize that this doesn't do justice to his stature because he was much more than founder Pakistan's nuclear program, which alone is a lifetime achievement for a person.
Bhutto was a legacy in Pakistani politics and more importantly in Pakistan's image and stature in community of nations. His stance on Kashmir's dispute in United Nations, his stance on 1971's fall of Decca in UN Security Council, his efforts to bring Muslim countries and leaders together in the famous OIC summit in Lahore, Pakistan in 1974 are just few of his political achievements.
Many people including many Pakistanis are oblivious of his works in this arenas because they know him mainly for his role in local politics, which was that of a leader who gave direction to this nation. He was among those leaders in Pakistani history who articulated their vision clearly and made it clear to general population as well.
